Services

Capability, end to end.

One accountable team from architecture to operations. No hand-offs, no subcontracting, no surprises.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Not a pricing table — the model follows the shape of the problem.

Embedded team

Ongoing product or platform ownership

A cross-functional pod — engineering, design, delivery — joins your roadmap for a quarter or longer. Reports into your process, not a separate one.

Fixed-scope build

A defined system with a hard deadline

Discovery sets the scope and the price before build starts. Weekly increments, one accountable lead, no change-order surprises.

Advisory & review

A decision that needs an outside architecture opinion

Time-boxed architecture reviews, technical due diligence, or a standing advisory seat — priced and scoped like the work it actually is.

FAQ

Before the first call.

Do you subcontract delivery?

No. Every engagement is staffed by Algoryq engineers, end to end — one accountable team is a staffing decision, not a slogan.

What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

A single architecture review (Advisory & review model, four weeks typical) is the floor. We won't staff a team smaller than what the problem actually needs.

How fast do we see something real?

Discovery is capped at two weeks. Build runs in weekly shippable increments from week three — the first production-quality slice is typically visible inside a month.

Who owns the code and the architecture decisions after handover?

You do, fully — including the decision records written throughout, so your team inherits the reasoning, not just the repository.

Can you operate what you build, long-term?

Yes — Managed Services picks up the same system with published SLAs, or we hand over cleanly to your team with runbooks and a defined transition period. Your call, made explicit in the contract.

Why Algoryq

Principals, not pyramids

The engineers who scope your system build your system. No bait-and-switch to a bench, no armies of juniors billing by the hour.

8:1senior-to-junior ratio

Architecture before code

Every system is designed, costed, and stress-tested on paper first. Changing a diagram is free; changing production is not.

Production from week one

Weekly shippable increments with observability and rollback built in. You watch the system grow — not a slide deck about it.
