Principal Engineer, Distributed Systems
Own the architecture of streaming and consensus-critical systems for clients whose failure modes make the news. You will design on paper, defend the design in review, and then build it with a small senior team.
What we're looking for

A decade of production distributed-systems work — you have debugged a partition at 3 a.m. and redesigned so it never recurred
- 02
Fluency in at least two of: Rust, Go, JVM internals, Postgres internals, Kafka internals

Writing that makes complex systems legible to executives and new hires alike
